Become a Certified Trainer and earn
We collaborate with you to fill your courses both online and locally. Our goal is to train and certify hundreds so that everyone will have access to augmented therapy sessions with his/her chosen CBT Therapist.
Three ways to learn
Learners of Adaptive Therapy self-pace online courses, collaborate in groups with other learners and have the opportunity to meet locally for in person sessions to work with clients, observe others or become a client to modify behavior.
Our training philosophy
Trained therapists will be needed for a long time despite advancement in technology because active listening with empathy is a requirement that is not easily trained into robots. Instead, we train therapists in smart technologies that improve patient outcomes, always inspired with purpose.
Frequently asked questions
How long has Adaptive Therapy been around?
Adaptive Therapy was founded around 1993 out of the work of applied kinesiology, biokinesiology, and educational kinesiology where muscles testing was used to determine how to improve health and well-being. Previously, no one had tackled emotional wellness until Alexandrea. In 2021 the goal is to take it to the next level with scientific research validating efficacy and safety and with the addition of technology sensors to replace muscle testing.
Is Adaptive Therapy considered a Cognitive-behavioral therapy?
Yes. We belief that all of our answers about our health and well-being, including emotional, are within and its the task of the therapist to lead a line of questioning to access those answers with the client. Upon identification then the next step is to reverse belief systems that limit life or cause dissonance (stress) to improve health and well-being.
Can Anyone take the courses?
Yes, anyone can take the courses and in fact we encourage it. The more a client is educated about the process, the better the process will go when teaming up with a therapist who has become certified to offer Adaptive Therapy techniques. However, we only certify therapists as a provider of this process because of its complexity, and to support those that are modifying long-standing unconscious agendas.
What if I want a session for myself using Adaptive Therapy?
Our goal is to train and certify thousands of therapists in Adaptive Therapy techniques and offer a referral service to anyone requesting a therapist in their area. We encourage clients and therapists to seek out certified therapists we have trained on a regular basis. While many major issues can be resolved there is always new material to tackle to become who we really want to be - our Authentic Self.
